How do I create an online Job Application Form?
a. Take an existing job description with many requirements of an existing post you already know. Click "Create Application Form" , fill in the details of your company ( or a non-existent company ) and upload your logo.
b. Choose the language for the application form and then choose the FULL EXTRA package.
c. Copy the data from your existing job description in the tables. Read the text behind the "?" as it will give you essential information. Save the information.
d. After having saved the information, you will automatically enter the " Questions section ." You will see 7 types of questions. Copy or rephrase a question from each of the 7 types of questions.
e. Go now to "Configure Other Options " in the red menu on the left side of the page.
f. Add some of the options while scrolling through this page . Read the text behind the "?" as it will give you essential information. Save the information.
g. Go to "Job Application Form" , back in the red menu on the left side of the page, click and then you can see the latest version of your Application Form, which the candidates see at the moment you have activated the link.
h. If you are not satisfied with the result, click on "Edit Application Form" and adapt the parts you want to change. Click on "Job Application Form" to see whether the change you made, has the expected result.
