Monitor access control systems, visitor logs, and security equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to protocols.
Coordinate with security personnel and local authorities to address security incidents or concerns promptly.
Conduct safety and security briefings and training sessions for staff and visitors.
Assist in incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up investigations.
Support the management of security-related logistics, including communication devices, security equipment, and transportation arrangements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local security dynamics and provide timely security updates to relevant teams.
Promote a culture of safety and security awareness throughout the organization.
Assist in ensuring compliance with organizational and donor security requirements and standards.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in security management, safety, or related fields is an advantage.
